RAM usage - what is going on?

I went and disabled the malwarebytes service in services.msc. that way it wont run, then whenever this crap gets fixed i can re-enable it. also i noticed the web shield was never activating while the service was eating ram like a kid eating candy on Halloween night. -

Yep same, literally unusable at the moment -
I ran the check tool and it's results are attached. I have the premium version and this has been going on for a few days and I am at a loss as to what to do. The only other AV program I use is windows defender. When I look for a service for MB, I don't see it in services.msc as well. MB-CheckResults.txt
