  1. I have an M2 ssd 3500 so it is damn slippery. It was shutting down as all lights went out and no lights inside desktop. Definitely not going hybrid as it would have started again if I operated the mouse or keyboard. My processor is an I9 9900K so it is pretty well top end of the Intel range
  2. I have turned off the fast start up and this appears to have fixed the issue, however the computer takes ages to shut down now where before it was virtually instant. That is quite annoying.
  3. Just ran the support tool attached zip file mbst-grab-results.zip
  4. I have just upgraded my computer in fact it is a complete rebuild with a new motherboards and processor. the first couple of days I noticed MWB was opening ok, now it does not open nor can I access it from programs. Obviously something is amiss. It shows up in task manager as working but on very low system resources.
  5. Yes I believe I do, all good, seems to be working well, just a different interface that is for sure.
  6. Thanks for the rapid reply, as usual, very efficient. I appreciate your assistance.😀
  7. My premium updated to beta 4.0.2 two days ago, cannot find any information about this. It is a brand new interface, so I am a bit concerned. Any information about this would be much appreciated.
  8. I was getting the BSOD with windows 7 and I rebuilt my computer, nothing happened so I thought all fixed, as soon as I installed MWB again the BSOD's started again. I have now got every thing up to date and nothing disabled and no BSOD since doing this. I am pretty sure they have the problem fixed at least as far as I am concerned.
  9. Pomak249 all I did was go to Settings, ensure application updates are turned on, click on install application update. It all worked for me doing that, had to restart MWB of course.
  10. Yes, I must admit I was beginning to wonder if it would ever be resolved. Now we just monitor it and trust it has been fixed.?
  11. I am showing Component package version: 1.0.418 so I gather it has installed.
  12. not sure if it has installed, still showing version 3.5.1.2522
  13. Thanks mate, having a go at it now, appreciated..
  14. Ok chaps, how do I get the latest beta, I do not like running my machine without this protection
  15. Yes, in the same boat, as I mentioned in another thread, I have been tearing my hair out for 7 weeks, at least I now know it is definitely MWB that is the cause of my BSOD's. for a premium product it is taking a damn long time to fix. I have now uninstalled MWB pending a fix.
  16. yep I am in the same boat, been tearing my hair out for the last 7 weeks, paid a tech to re-install the OS which worked fine until I installed MWB, then smelt a rat. Seriously not good enough for a so called premium product. I have now uninstalled MWB and no BSOD, cmon guys get it right.
  17. I just rebooted my computer and all came up normally that was 20 mins ago, no issues now.
  18. Kudos to the tech guys at MWB, all sorted, pretty damn quick imho...Well done....
  19. Obviously a database update issue, we just have to be patient.
  20. Looks like quite a big issue, hope they are on to it, driving me mad with the constant reminders of not being protected.
  21. Yes me too, just updated to the latest, still the same problem.
  22. I have re installed 3 times in the last 3 weeks, and still the problem persists. Obviously some sort of bug!!
