  1. Hello, I have Malwarebytes premium installed on a Windows 10 desktop computer and a problem with Malwarebytes has just cropped up, I have a warning message on screen saying that "Real-time protection is turned off" but when I attempt to turn it on its just keeps saying "starting" my computer also is running very slowly and I keep getting a blue screen, and I find the only alternative is to force the computer to close and then restart the normal way, but that only last a short time before I get the blue screen again. Any help would be much appreciated.
  2. Update. this morning Malwarebytes is up and running just fine thanks to your help, its good not to have to install Malwarebytes every time I reboot the computer.
  3. Sorry for being so long in replying dcollins, but when I did a restart in the past Malwarebytes started up OK, so I turned the computer off and waited long enough to make sure that it would be possible start after being shut down for a length of time. Wow.......It's up and running just fine and I am one happy chappy, I must admit after reading all the accolades regarding Malwarebytes over a period of time I have come to rely on it. My sincere thanks to you and your comrades for stepping in to help me sort this problem out by giving your time and expertise. Regards to you all. Oldy.
  4. Thank you, dcollins, I have done as requested in F-Secure.
  5. respinoza also recommended running MB Clean which I did, it also downloaded the latest version of Malwarebytes. The file from MB Clean is below. 7. Many thanks 1PW for pointing me in the right direction. My Malwarebytes Premium refuses to start every time I come to reboot the computer, so I have to re-install it again before I can get it running again, any help would be appreciated. When this first started to happen I was using a program call "Kerish Doctor" which is supposed to monitor the computer and to do any system tweaks that are necessary to keep it running smoothly, so trying to find out the reason why my Malwarebytes was refusing to start every time that I rebooted, I opened the Kerish Doctor program and rolled back all the changes that the program had made since the problem started, hoping this would cure my Malwarebytes problem, unfortunately, it made matters worse because I now have to reboot my computer using the rescue CD disk, but even after I rolled back the changes I still can't use Malwarebytes until I install it again. When trying to open Malwarebytes after rebooting I get a pop-up saying "Unable to connect the service" Please find the logs requested, below. FRST.txt Addition.txt

  9. Many thanks again daledoc 1, I appreciate how much time you have given, to go through all the logs that I posted to help me out with my problem. I have done as you advised, and read the information in the links that you posted, and have acted on the recommendations given, especially regarding the program that you noted "Wise Care 365 Pro" which I used and ran every day, and especially the one running in the background, (Wise Memory Optimiser) which I have now removed!! I can now thankfully say, that everything seems to be running normally again, after taking your good advice. Many thanks again daledoc 1, and all the very best to you. Oldy.
  10. My apologies daledoc 1 for not replying sooner, unfortunately I got myself into difficulties, I managed to download and extract the first two report files OK, I also downloaded the malwarebytes one OK, but on trying to open it, a square black screen kept popping up, flashed a few times and went off. This morning I decided to continue from the night before, but the computer would not log on, cutting a long story short, I put my Windows 7 CD in (luckily for me I had one) click on "repair" after quite some time it said"Start Computer". Thankfully it did, on clicking on the Malwarebytes file, this time the black window stayed on the screen and then produced the third report, which I have posted all below. Sorry about my long winded reply FRST Windows 2 file Save.txt Windows File Save Addition.txt CheckResults.txt
  11. Thank you daledoc 1 for coming to my rescue once again, its very much appreciated. I am off now to do as you requested.
  12. I keep reinstalling Malwarebytes, but when I have used it once, and come to use it again, I keep getting the below, pop-up, and then have to reinstall again before I can use it. I run Windows 7 and use Malwarebytes Premium. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
  13. Success, all is now working fine and up and running OK, luckily they have a facility to retrieve the key and ID number on their website, which arrived instantly by email. Many thanks again daledoc 1, for giving me your time to help me out with this problem. All the very best to you.
  14. Many thanks daledoc1 for your reply to my problem, its much appreciated. I am on my way now to follow your instructions. Regards.
  15. Can someone please point me in the right direction, I did have Malwarebytes premium installed on my computer (Windows 7 64 bit) but recently it have been giving me problems. I usually just use the quick scan, and it always came up as "no problems" however, I decided to use the Full Scan facility, and this time it found 2 problems, but with the same name, (sorry I can't remember the name). when Malwarebytes tried to delete/quarantine them, the program locks up and said the program is not responding! I repeated the exercise many times with the same result of locking up. I did look the name of the problem up on the web, and if I remember right, it is usually downloaded when installing with another program. "Sorry my memory is not so good." I then went on Malwarebytes webpage, and wrote a request for help from them, but I have had no reply. So, right or wrong, I decided to wipe Malwarebytes off the computer and reinstall it again hoping this would solve the problem, but unfortunately the same problem of the program locking up was still there. BUT.....I may have downloaded the wrong program the second time, because I decided to uninstall Malwarebytes yet again, but this time it will not let me do so. I have tried Windows Remove programs and also Revo Uninstaller And looking at the files it says. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Chameleon. and this pops up everytime I try And looking at the files it says. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Chameleon.
