  1. Hello, TWinHeadedEagle! It appears the problem is resolved; I'm grateful to you. I have not visited the website that arrest.florida.org website again, though I'm curious to visit to see if the problem resumes; likely I shouldn't. Thanks again for your assistance!
  2. I'm unsure whether it's only that website, I tend to have multiple tabs open and cannot be sure but it does seem to happen only when that website is also open. I haven't visited that website recently, I was concerned that if it is the problem that I would cause a recurrence after you've worked to help rid me of the problem. I haven't had a popup or browser redirect to this website in the past couple of days.
  3. Good morning! I uninstalled Google Chrome, all browsing data was deleted prior to uninstall, then re-installed. So far so good. I noticed that the premiumvideoupdate.be website tends to show up while I'm browsing florida.arrest.org. I have used this website for years to browse recent local arrests; I'm wondering if I should contact the website and let them know I tend to run into this problem while browsing their website? It could be a coincidence, I'm unsure that the problem originates with that particular website.
  4. Hello again! I did as you requested, see attached document. I have only been using Google Chrome, unsure if there's a problem with other browsers. Fixlog.txt
  5. Hello! Thank you for the fix, I downloaded the file but haven't run it yet; I was hoping you could tell me what changes this would make before I implement them? I'm new to this, cautious, and would prefer understand the update before performing it. Thanks for your help!
  6. Hello! Thank you very much for your reply! I believe I followed your instructions exact, please see the attached files. Addition report.txt adwcleaner report.txt FRST report.txt
  7. Hello. I'm new to forums, never used one before and unsure whether I'm using this one correctly. I'm having difficulty with Google Chrome and popups for links such as 'premiumvideoupdating.be'. I installed and ran Malwarebytes, the scan was uneventful. I deleted all Chrome extensions, reset browser, and still received popups. I uninstalled Chrome and reinstalled, still no resolution. I accessed the Control Panel and uninstalled ALL programs installed since shortly before this problem began, still getting popups. I installed and ran several free malware and antivirus programs, no problems were detected. I restarted the computer in safe mode, updated Malwarebytes program, and scanned again; still no problems detected. I accessed msconfig, reviewed services for unknown or suspicious services and found no problems; researched a few of them to be extra sure. I am not visiting unfriendly sites, my browsing is rather benign and mostly limited to well known websites like Facebook.com and Mayoclinic.org. I'm not sure how I continually receive these popups? The only thing Malwarebytes discovered was some PUP's upon first scan, these were quarantined and the problem has persisted still. I'm not sure what else I can do? Any advice is appreciated.
