  1. After the most recent update, I cannot get malware too turn on. Help Chuck
  2. I have Malwarebytes installed on three different computers. and I am upgrading to Windows 10 which requires removing any third party security software. I am wondering if there is a way to identify which device identity is which computer? Can anyone help? Thanks, Chuck

  4. I received an email asking me to set up a Malwarebytes account profile I clicked in the link and tried to create an account and was told I already had an account and to log in. I tried to log in and was told I needed to create an account??????????? Really! Now what? Chuck
  5. Ran WMI Repair and that fixed it. Thanks for your help. Chuck
  6. Well I followed the instructions given above by Firefox and MB-Tool and it didn't work. I then went to services and found Windows Management Instrumentation was not running. I tried to start it and got a message saying It couldn't be started. We may have found the problem.
  7. I installed after doing a restore and the problem started. I get a message "unable to Start ;Unable to Connect to Service" I went to Services and tried starting it manually but It would not start. I completely uninstalled Malwarebytes and tried version thinking that would fix it but I am having the same problem. I have run FRST and mb check and attached the file Thanks, Chuck mb-check-results.zip
  8. I am suddenly getting this message when trying to run Malwarebytes
  9. I have had problems with Internet Explorer 11 not opening or opening to a totally blank page. Finally, I traced it to Malware Bytes. I excluded the Internet Explorer file in programs. and It still does it. I go to MSconfig and disable Malware Bytes and it opens with no problem Chuck
  10. It one point I thought this was taken care of but with the latest update it is now doing it again (deleting the program because of PUP) and I can't set an exclusion for some reason. Help. Chuck
  11. I receive a notice of a free update and when I click on it it opens the window but when I click on update nothing happens. Chuck
