  1. Yes it is an intermittent problem and I am not sure why or when it will happen. As of this current moment my system is working properly. see attached ping results (you have to zoom in to view the data) Problem happens on its own not after start up when system is powerwed off. ping results 1.rtf
  2. It will work for a while then it will eventually tell me "unable to access server and that realtime protection is not enabled" Date and time is correct. I did do the "clean" reinstall but still the same result. I would think you would need the ping results and three logs when Malwarebytes is acting up? The three log files previously attached were created when everything is working properly.
  3. I have been having the above issues for a while now. I have uninstalled and resinstalled and still getting the same above conditions. I have the Dell Inspiron running Windows 8.1 I have these three logs: CheckResults.txt, FRST.txt and Addition.txt. available just not sure where to send them.
  4. I have the three requested logs ready to submit but the "Diagnostic Logs" thread has been locked. How will somebody view my logs to help me with this issue? Thanks.
