  1. A client computer was removed from the network (it failed and was scrapped). How can I remove the client entry for that computer from the Client screen in the Mmgt Console in order to free up the license??? Remove Client(s) option is greyed out.
  2. The lack of access to threat detail and alerts for an Business product is astounding. "Reports" are completely useless without drilldowns.Scheduled emailing of user-selected information (details of threats found in last 24hrs, etc.).Immediate email alerts of user-selected information.Copy-pasting out of individual client security logs does not count as access to threat detail. To grab detail, at the very least, add a tab under Admin to access the Security Log the same as the Admin Log.Allow export of Admin and Security Logs to common formats. In Security Log, "success" is not an Operation It is

I had the same kind of apparent false positive, but this is 6 months after the original poster: WS-xxx xxx 10.0.0.xxx xxx.com 9/30/2014 9:41:35 AM Anti-Malware C:\Program Files (x86)\Samsung\Samsung ML-331x Series\Setup\Setup\bin\SSOpen.exe Trojan.Agent Database version on the client: v2014.09.30.05 Attached zip of the EXE file. SSOpen.7z

  5. I seem to recall that there used to be a minimum license count required in order to get the central mgmt console. However, the current website pages and the Admin manual make no mention of this. Do I get the mgmt console even if I buy 1 or 2 or 10 licenses of AMFB?
