  1. Too easy - I had two PUP's. I did not see any notice of that until I clicked Scan, not sure if I missed the obvious, but in any case, thanks. It seems to be updating now.
  2. I have a premium license and have database v2014.08.30.02. Even though the app says the Your databases are out of date, the Update button is disabled. I also get the toaster message and the update button does nothing there either. Running Windows 8.1.
