I do believe that the infection may be gone, however I think I need to go and talk with Geeks to go as the machine is still really slow and is running out of memory real quick Malwarebytes is currently running and I have scanned the machine a couple of times since last instructed and nothing was found each time which is great.   3. Hello Ron 'All Good' with the removal of flash and the Mbam new installation and activation. I have just completed a Mbam scan and there were zero threats found. So do you think it's all clean now? Or is there anything else I need to do? Kind Regards

Hi Please find attached reports from JavaRa and Mbam and hopefully this nightmare will soon be over I realise that it's probably of my own doing but kicking myself really doesn't give any relief or do I feel any better. lol. At the moment I am getting a message to allow access to run various programmes in explorer adobe flashruntime for instance - should I allow them to run or not? Something not (hopefully) associated with the machines infection I am unable to enter the ID or Key information in Malwarebytes premium - a message tells me ID is ok but not Key info and to get valid key? Hi am a new user not sure how to explain this in the correct terms but here goes; MWB won't start, I have run all 13 chamelon checks several times unsuccessfully - and downloaded a fresh Malwarebytes several times as well, but when I try to run the fresh download errors appear and MWB won't run. I get to the language area and then nothing. I have Viper installed and enabled 24/7 and on the last scan Sep 4 it found several trojans win.32generic!Sb and BT, conduit by the bucket load plus reviser, adpeak and probably a whole stack more that I don't know of and was supposed to have quarantined them but obviously not very successfully. I have Malwarebytes premium as well as Vipre running all the time but I know that my machine is infected but haven't got a clue as to what to do next. The attached screen capture is on my desktop all the time and there are currently several copies of chrome open which I can't close. I'd really appreciate any help you may be able to offer attached are the two reports after using Farbar I tried to paste them here but topic was too long Addition.txt FRST.txt
