  1. Hello @SilentOne: macOS Ventura 13.3 went public last Monday morning, U.S. Pacific Time, 27-March-2023. The update's download may have been throttled for a while. Perhaps you could delay that MBP's OS update until a staffer has had an opportunity to study your topic first. About the security content of macOS Ventura 13.3 Thank you.
  2. Hello @SilentOne and : Until a Malwarebytes staffer weighs-in on your topic, please answer the following: Is the MBP's usual connection to the Internet via Wi-Fi or an Ethernet cable? When the MBP's loss of an Internet connection is detected, how is the connection normally restored? Is the usual ISP's connection to the Internet normally highly reliable? Is it planned to update macOS to Ventura 13.3 or wait until later? A capture of the current state of the MBP may be helpful, but hold the output report file until requested: Upload logs to your ticket using the Malwarebytes Support Tool for Mac Thank you.
  3. Hello @Nicholai and : While you are waiting for the next qualified/approved malware removal expert helper to weigh in on your topic, and even though you may have run the following Malwarebytes utility, or its subsets, please carefully follow these instructions: Download the Malwarebytes Support Tool. In your Downloads folder, open the mb-support-x.x.x.xxx.exe file. In the User Account Control (UAC) pop-up window, click Yes to continue the installation. Run the MBST Support Tool. In the left navigation pane of the Malwarebytes Support Tool, click Advanced. In the Advanced Options, click only Gather Logs. A status diagram displays the tool is Getting logs from your computer. A zip file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to the Public desktop, please attach that file in your next reply to this topic. Please do NOT copy and paste. For the short time between when you post the diagnostic logs, and when your helper weighs in, please take no further self-directed remedial actions that will invalidate the diagnostic logs you will have sent. Thank you.

  5. Hello @sten2: I, too, believe it has been an extraordinarily long time for the Windows community to wait for the HDR feature in Firefox. I hope you can find an excellent forum within Mozilla to keep attention on that shortcoming. Cheers
  6. Hello @sten2: The answer remains the same as in your other topic on the same subject. So far, only Firefox 100+ supports HDR w/macOS Catalina (10.15) and above. Pity. Your plea will unlikely be read here by management at Mozilla. Please consider adding your wishes to a relevant Mozilla forum. HTH
  7. Hello @sten2: While the issue is still present, it would likely be wise to capture the following logs for the devs: Download the Malwarebytes Support Tool.
