  1. During a macOS 13.4.1 Ventura restart, the MB5 Premium+ and Malwarebytes Privacy menu icons may or may not appear in the midst of a restart. Additionally, the same menu icons may or may not be present a minute or so after a restart completes. Thank you. system_profiler.txt
  2. The use of the MB5 Premium+ bundle key grant you sent corrected the above observation. Please consider this topic resolved. Thank you.

  5. Hello @sp123: I see what you see. Although at MBG version 2.6.5.611, your system's Firefox extension is unavoidably waiting for Mozilla to approve/release MBG 2.6.6. Yet, the same symptoms will likely still be seen until MBG 2.6.7 is released by the Malwarebytes team. Meanwhile, you may as well update Firefox to v115.0.1 Let's see what happens. CC: @gatortail

  16. Hello @hugemiaow: It's terrific you figured this out! You can be certain that many Mac users have alternate browsers and use them as their default browser. Cheers
  17. Hello @ExileRL: If the Malwarebytes Custom scan is still running, you may let it go to completion. If the Custom scan was prematurely stopped, an ordinary Threat scan with original/default settings will normally suffice for your assisting helper to follow. Thank you.

  19. Hello @bigpimpdaddy: It is preferable to run MBST in normal mode, but if you need to run in safe mode with networking. Thank you.
  20. Hello @hugemiaow: The next time you see the error, please consider taking a Screenshot of it and attach the .png to your next reply. Is your Norton 360 the Standard edition and is it at least version 9.1.2? Thank you.
  21. Hello @hugemiaow: If you can conveniently/temporarily disable Norton 360, that would yield good data. If you have an alternative browser such as Firefox 14.0.2 that would be interesting. Thank you.

  23. Hello @hugemiaow and : I cannot duplicate what you saw when I used Ventura 13.4.1 with Safari 16.5.1 on my MBP. However, it appears that your MB4 for Mac download is otherwise valid. What version of Safari is installed in that Monterey? Does that Safari have any extensions? Thank you.
