Hello @sp123: As of late, Mozilla's approval processes pipeline approaches a week. Cheers

Hello @sp123: I see what you see. Although at MBG version 2.6.5.611, your system's Firefox extension is unavoidably waiting for Mozilla to approve/release MBG 2.6.6. Yet, the same symptoms will likely still be seen until MBG 2.6.7 is released by the Malwarebytes team. Meanwhile, you may as well update Firefox to v115.0.1 Let's see what happens. CC: @gatortail

Hello @RickyO and : While you are waiting for the next qualified/approved malware removal expert helper to weigh in on your topic, and even though you may have run the following Malwarebytes utility, or its subsets, please carefully follow these instructions: Download the Malwarebytes Support Tool. In your Downloads folder, open the mb-support-x.x.x.xxx.exe file. In the User Account Control (UAC) pop-up window, click Yes to continue the installation. Run the MBST Support Tool. In the left navigation pane of the Malwarebytes Support Tool, click Advanced. In the Advanced Options, click only Gather Logs. A status diagram displays the tool is Getting logs from your computer. For the short time between when you post the diagnostic logs, and when your helper weighs in, please take no further self-directed remedial actions that will invalidate the diagnostic logs you will have posted. Although I usually run the latest stable release version of Firefox as my default browser on macOS 13 Ventura, I have experienced single startup crashes, just after version updates, up to a few months ago. I have not experienced any Firefox difficulties recently.

Multiple Inbound Connections Being Made + More Issues
1PW replied to ExileRL's topic in Resolved Malware Removal Logs
Hello @ExileRL: If the Malwarebytes Custom scan is still running, you may let it go to completion. If the Custom scan was prematurely stopped, an ordinary Threat scan with original/default settings will normally suffice for your assisting helper to follow. Thank you. -

Can't download MWB on Safari on Mac
1PW replied to hugemiaow's topic in Malwarebytes for Mac Support Forum
Hello @hugemiaow: If you can conveniently/temporarily disable Norton 360, that would yield good data. If you have an alternative browser such as Firefox 14.0.2 that would be interesting. Thank you. -

Hello @hugemiaow and : I cannot duplicate what you saw when I used Ventura 13.4.1 with Safari 16.5.1 on my MBP. However, it appears that your MB4 for Mac download is otherwise valid. What version of Safari is installed in that Monterey? Does that Safari have any extensions? Thank you. -
