  1. Hello @RCasteel: Thanks for the rapid response. I have asked Malwarebytes staffers to investigate further. @AdvancedSetup @gatortail
  2. Hello @RCasteel and Please closely follow the instructions given to the Topic Starter, in post #3, and attach the similarly generated mbst-grab-results.zip archive file to your next reply to this topic. Thank you.
  3. Hello @doray: Would it be adequate to gray the status menu icon or modify the status menu icon if malware protection and/or ad blocking is off? I'm fairly certain improvements in this area, and others, are on the dev's list of things to do. Cheers @treed
  4. Hello @Pierre75: What URL invokes the error you captured & posted? As far as I remember all was resolved within the same day: October 4, 2019.
  5. Hello @Keef: Alternatively, a brief Malwarebytes tutorial video might be helpful: https://support.malwarebytes.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039698894-Video-Activate-Malwarebytes-for-Windows-v4

  7. Hello Team: MBG 2.2.4 has resolved the issue above. Thank you as always.
  8. The above issue seems to have sustained using Apple's macOS 10.15.4 (19E287) Catalina, Firefox 76.0.1 (64-bit) for Mac, and today's MBG 2.2.3 extension update. https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb4_offline
  9. Hello @BruceDenney: I have referred your question to the product managers for the most authoritative answer. In the meantime, you may wish to submit the URL of your site. @gonzo @gatortail
  10. Hello @BruceDenney: The VirusTotal report is an excellent beginning and will assist the Malwarebytes staffers to make an up-to-date determination. As a volunteer and not a developer, this may be beyond the scope of the browser extension's size. HTH
  11. Hello @BruceDenney and Without your site's URL, staffers will not be able to investigate further. Below is an excerpt from the pinned topics in this sub-forum: False Positive (FP), How to report - Please include: 1) Up-to-date analysis link to the VirusTotal.com URL scan result and 2) Screenshot of the FP block. Thank you.
  12. Hello @Theresajayne: This is not a highly frequent issue with PIA. I have multiple paid VPN subscriptions to include a log-term subscription to the PIA service. If it were me, I would temporarily force a different/nearby PIA portal (Netherlands?) and inform PIA tech support that one of their ISPs has this current issue. If not already so, make certain your PIA is v 2.0.2. HTH
  13. Hello @Theresajayne: The three other blacklist services are not VirusTotal investigative resources. https://whatismyipaddress.com/ip/77.243.191.26 Then, select: "Click to Check Blacklist Status"
  14. Hello @Theresajayne: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/url/61066761fa90ae679e7a22428b8481d6f86317a8be6feaea22fe7c97e0569148/detection The Belgium IP address in question is currently blacklisted by approximately four different services: dnsbl.spfbl.net all.s5h.net cbl.abuseat.org HTH
  15. @gonzo Much appreciated. Thanks Mike!
  16. The above issue seems to have sustained using Apple's macOS 10.15.4 Catalina, Firefox 76.0 (64-bit) for Mac, and today's MBG 2.2.3 extension update. https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb4_offline
  17. Hello @Hardhead: At your forum membership level, you may wish to tick the "Follow" box for the Malwarebytes Privacy Beta sub-forum and receive an email notification from where the official announcement would most likely to be made. I did. HTH
  18. Hello Ron: Yes. I believe that probability is high. MBG 2.2.2 seemed to resolve a similar issue earlier earlier this month. I hope a MBG team member can parcel out some time to check again with their Mac. Cheers.
  19. The above situation seems to have returned with current MacBook Pro versions: https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb4_offline redirects to https://data-cdn.mbamupdates.com/web/mb4-setup-consumer/offline/mb4-setup-consumer-4.1.0.149-1.0.875-1.0.22506.exe
  20. Hello All: Last week, my MBP11,3, running macOS Catalina 10.15.4 (19E287), had Malwarebytes for Mac automatically/silently update on 23-April-2020 from v4.3.36.3518 to v4.4.11.3637 No reboot was required and a manual scan today took a few seconds longer to scan. The app's signature/certificate verify okay. Reference: https://support.malwarebytes.com/hc/en-us/articles/360047403853-Malwarebytes-for-Mac-4-4-11-Release-Notes Thank you All.
  21. Hello @yamaci17: Admins have been requested to repair this topic. In the future, please be considerate of the naive and the newbies by placing suspected toxic URLs between BBC "code" tags. This will render the URL inert within your post. http://www.pureoverclock.com/Review-detail/xigmatek-nrp-pc702-700w/4/ TIA
  22. Hello @ulysseskh and The author's/dev's site at https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/1-adwcleaner/files/?p=1 has all/current publications and checksums going back to version 6. Cheers
  23. Hello @EricCartman911 and This is a known and previously reported false positive (FP) and staff is trying to straighten thing out with the AV vendor. You may disregard the VirusTotal report. Thank you.
  24. Hello All: My MBP11,3, running macOS Catalina 10.15.4 (19E287), had Malwarebytes for Mac automatically updated early 10-April-2020 from v4.3.35.3517 to v4.3.36.3518 - 4.0.470. No reboot was required and a manual scan time took the usual amount of time for the usual number of objects. The app's signature/certificate verify okay. Thank you once again for the updates team!
