It wouldn't be a big deal except I don't have the windows disk or the windows key.

Still not able to install MBAM, not able to run Zoek, Not able to go to many website, not able to get into the Programs portion of the Control Panel. Per last attempt on the installation of MBAM it said that there was a co-creation error even though we have ran mbam-clean-2.1.1.1001. Thanks

Deleted the file and downloaded it again. Didn't run properly so I restarted per the instructions from the results and it still didn't work. I attached the results that I received both times. Thanks zoek-results.txt

I did. They have avast loaded and I right clicked on the program and permanently disabled it.

I tried to run the program in both normal mode and safe mode but it would not run. Thanks

I downloaded the mbam-clean tool and ran it. Then attempted to install the latest MBAM and it still came back with the same errors. I also was not able to to get into my Uninstall Programs in my Control Panel. Thanks

Thank you for the fix log. I was not able to install MBAW yet. It gave me a couple of errors listed here: Internal error: Expression error 'Runtime Error (at 79:177):External Exeption E06D7363 CoCreateInstance failed; code 0x80040154.Class not registered I have also attached the fixlog.txt ThanksFixlog.txt

Hello, I am hoping that you will be able to help out. I am attempting to fix a computer with multiple issues or viruses. The two that I think are on the computer are PWS-Zbot and istart123. I have attempted to install MBAM but I am unable to. I have run rkill as well and still not able to install the normal program or the chameleon version either.
