  1. Hello Everyone, I tried to make the title descriptive so others who are facing the same issue can find it easily. I recently updated to WSL2 (brief overview of WSL here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/about) and are using the linux environment for CPU intensive bioinformatics work. My general issue is that Malwarebytes heavily interferes with CPU usage. While MB is enabled (Vmmem - the process for the ubuntu vm) is capped at 25% cpu usage. However when i hard disable MB by turning off the four protection services in the application the CPU usage spikes to 99% or exactly where i need it. I really, don't want to loose my protection via Malwarebytes although do not want the program to impede my work. Is there any way to whitelist the application?
  2. Hello, I submitted a ticket for a license reset about five days ago and never got a response. Usually in the past I'd get a response within the day or the day after. Anyone having similar issues, or know if the support systems backed up?
  3. If you run across any issue while testing, please provide the following detail in order to best help us out: When starting desktop, get a bad pool header right on desktop. I uninstalled anti exploit and installed malwarebytes 3.0. Then I enabled anti exploit and this happened. BSOD BAD_POOL_HEADER Operating System Details: WINDOWS 10 PRO Turned on anti exploit Do you get the same result more than once if you follow the same steps? Yes A copy of the contents of C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\MBAMService\logs in a ZIP file (attach to post). MBAMSERVICE.zip
  4. Hey guy's / gal's. Just reinstalled windows 10 due to the fact I got a sick new Samsung evo m.2 (240GB) SSD. I now tried to reinstall malware bytes and it gives me a 403 error. Any help or advice? I have proof of payment on August 18th 2015 Via ebay. - James
