Sorry for the late reply, I actually worked with my cousin over the past couple days and we fixed the problems no more pup's on my comp and it has been restored to its original state, we actually used malware bytes when we were fixing it, Thanks for the help though if anything pops up again I'll be sure to come back here again.

Found alot of PUP.Optionals on malwarebytes even after a few scans and I need help on how to remove them please. Any Help is greatly appreciated
