I tired to update to 2.0.2.1012 last week. In addition to bringing my computer to a crawl after it was done, MB keeps shutting down due to an "encountering an error" After uninstalling and re-installing with the same results, I started looking for help. I've been through the first five Chameleon numbers. None of them have been able to update. A few were able to scan from within the dos program and then scan after MB was launched. Where scans were completed, nothing was found. I was still unable to update without getting the error message. So I did a "clean" uninstall, following all the instructions, re-installed and still unable to update. MBcontinues to encounter this error: App Ver.0.532 Mod Num msvcr100dll Mod Ver 10.0.40219.325 Offset 0008d6fd Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated.
