  1. That reinstall method worked flawlessly. For future readers, attached are screenshots of default Automated Scheduling settings as shot of my newly reinstall MBAM.
  2. I am a new premium user who went and boogered up the 2 default scheduled tasks under the Automated Scheduling settings area. Looking to reset to default task settings. Tried uninstalling via windows cp and reinstalling but that didn't work. I could use screenshots of the "Edit Schedule" windows for both default tasks (the Check for Update task and the Threat Scan task - 2 screenshots total). Please include advanced settings checkboxes too. Thanks for your time!
  3. Subject says it all. I recently updated to premium and when I reviewed the default automated schedules there were 2 scheduled processes. 1, a threat scan and the 2nd an update. I wondered why in the world the software needed to check for updates hourly when a scan is only scheduled for once a day. I deleted the update scheduled process only to realize my mistake several minutes later. Save us newbs the headache and please add in this simple feature.
  4. Attached because can't copy/paste into this forums reply box. AdwCleanerS0(tehlog).txt JRT.txt checkup.txt
  5. Still can't copy/paste to reply box. ESET scan results attached. esetscanlog1.txt
  6. Copy/paste functionality is still broke. Log attached. Fixlog.txt
  7. I have not done any of the instructions listed in your last post because it occurred to me that I should probably backup my computer before we move forward. I own 2 external harddrives. 1 is left connected to the computer. If its ok with you, I am going to connect the 2nd external harddrive temporarily to the computer, use the windows 7 "backup and restore" feature to backup my computer to the 2nd external harddrive, then remove the 2nd harddrive from the computer. Is this ok with you?
  8. It is not letting me paste from the notepad program to the forum post window. ctrl+v doesn't work and right click-> paste is greyed out and unselectable. I have attached the requested log, though. Thank you! aswMBR.txt
  9. The required scans are attached. I've also attached more info regarding the nature of this infection as "readmeplease.txt". Thanks a ton for the guidance in advance! Addition.txt FRST.txt readmeplease.txt
