  1. I performed a full scan last night and was warned about this MS reg entry. I took care of the file for the encoder but was afraid to ruin my system by deleting the registry entry. MBAM Scan.txt
  2. No email, I saved my ID and key from registry before uninstall/reinstall though.
  3. I started option 2 and it asks for a Reference number. What reference number?.
  4. IE 8 Win XP) Have no problem viewing adobe, oracle or MS though. Don't get an Incompatable IE version with support.malwarebytes.org, just a blank page.
  5. Why can I access support.malwarebytes.org with firefox but not IE?. Your program need to fix it's help url, It's confusing as ****.
  6. You didn't read my post, I said that I 'can update' but accessing the support.malwarebytes.org site with internet explorer is impossible.
  7. I checked those before, my problem isn't there. It seems that something has blocked access to the forums via IE specifically. I did a full scan last night after installing and re-starting the PC. Nothing was found.
  8. I'm pretty certain that Lifetime license was for pre-2.0 home users, that's how I have mine. Defender has been replaced by Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE). I recommend Emsisoft Anti-Malware Pro though. It's really an Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware program. Great internet surfing protection.
  9. I couldn't update or access the support page so I used the 2.x removal tool and installed again. I can update now but can't access https://support.malwarebytes.orgwith IE, It's the only site I'm having this problem with. malwarebytes.org can be accessed though which is kinda strange. I can access support with mozilla firefox though. I'm using Windows XP MCE (SP3) 32 bit.
  10. I found the solution elsewhere in the forums. Added Firewall exceptions to: C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes Anti-Malware\mbam.exe C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes Anti-Malware\mbamdor.exe C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes Anti-Malware\mbampt.exe C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes Anti-Malware\mbamservice.exe C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes Anti-Malware\mbamscheduler.exe
  11. My MB Anti-Malware Premium says 'No Updates available' for the past two days. I tried using Chameleon but that doesn't fix it.
