  4. Hi AdvancedSetup Thanx for testing and your reply. I restated my computer now. But i get the same error on all browser... Have you tried with Windows XP 32bit operating system? Also i cannot choose Windows XP in the drop-down box under OS. (It appears not) I see only Windows 8.1 64bit and 32bit Windows 8 64bit and 32bit Windows 7 64bit and 32bit Windows Vista 64bit I had never problems with contact forms on other websites. So i think something is wrong with yours.
  5. The page after submit http://www.malwarebytes.org/mail_support.php is a white page without anything, no confirmation like "Thank you for your message" or something else.
  6. Hmm not for me!? I testet now with all browsers: Firefox 30, Internet Explorer 8, Opera 22 and SRWare Iron 34 (Chrome fork) Everytime the same error... PS: I have Windows XP 32 bit running see my screens: Hm there is no upload link in this reply... sorry
  7. Hi dear forum administrators. The contact online form is broken! After submit i get a HTTP 500 Internal Server Error. -> http://de.malwarebytes.org/support/consumer/contact/ Please check out and repair. I tried with Firefox and IE.
