  1. I am unable to connect with Malwarebytes related sites EXCEPT for www.malwarebytes.org. Attempting to connect to www.malwarebytes.org/antimalware/, www.malwarebytes.org/antimalware/premium/, or www.malwarebytes.org/update/ (using Chrome browser) gives error msg: CANNOT CONNECT TO THE REAL MALWAREBYTES.ORG. Using Internet Explorer gives a similar message. Running a system scan with Malwarebytes results in the scan hanging up in the heuristics scan section. Clicking on Cancel Scan produces no result. In order to stop the scan I have to close the program and that results in being unable to restart Malwarebytes (mbam.exe fails). In an effort to resolve this, I uninstalled Malwarebytes using Add/Remove Programs, then I installed a copy of mbam-clean-2.0.2.0.exe, disabled my antivirus program, and ran mbam-clean. After I ran mbam-clean, I installed a new copy of Malwarebytes using mbam-setup-2.0.2.1012.exe and tried a new scan. The results are the same. The scan stalls during the heuristics scan and will not complete, mbam.exe then fails and Malwarebytes will not restart, and I cannot connect to the Malwarebytes web sites as indicated above. I reported this issue in another forum and was instructed to run two scans (logs are attached). Following a review of the scans, I was redirected to here. Can you help?
