  1. Hi and thanks for your really fast response. I think I have it figured out. I think that because I never hit the "finish" button, the process didn't actually complete and what I expected to find as a list was never created. At least that's what I think. Meanwhile, I did the scan again and my memory was, not for the first time, a little off. There were 33 puppies. This time I did quarantine them, reboot and they have now been deleted. All that being said, I think I'll not take your time by submitting anything further although I'd be happy to if your curiousity needs it. Again, thanks. Especially for being here. It might not be so easily resolved next time. Regards, -G.
  2. Anti-Malware Home (Premium); Windows 7 64-bit. Greetings. I did a complete scan (because some system files seem not to be working) and mbam dutifully reported a list of about 10 pup-files. Not realizing it would cause me grief, I happened to do a file scan right afterwards and before reading the list or taking action; and I lost my pup list. The history section shows nothing in quarantine which isn't surprising because I didn't take action before the list disappeared. But my application logs also seem to show clean results. I'm attaching screenshots of the two history windows. Also the four xml reports, from oldest to newest, from today. Should I have done screenshots instead for those? Or posted the content here (it would be pretty long for all four)? I can't find the results of that scan anywyere. I'll start another scan which is time-consuming but for now the only thing I know to do. But for future reference, where might I have found that list? BTW, I've sent an email to the PTB but should have come here first. Apologies to all concerned. G. mbam1.txt mbam2.txt mbam3.txt mbam4.txt
  3. I'm wondering whether you've considered offering a discount for Anti-Malware Premium customers who want to order the Premium version of the new Anti-Exploit software. I know others have requested a bundle and I support that idea also. I've already purchased my license for Anti-exploit but do believe it would be a service to existing Anti-Malware Premium users (which I also am) to offer said discount. Thanks for 'listening'. -G-
