  1. Hello Maurice, I downloaded and ran the support tool. It deleted and reinstalled MB. That seems to have fixed the problem! Thank you for the help, Mark

  5. Hello all. I'm having a problem with the taskbar icon on initial PC start. It will not install. The only way I can get the taskbar icon to install is either re-start or re-set the computer. I've uninstalled and reinstalled without any success. Does anyone else have this problem? MB tool scan attached. Thx for any help mbst-grab-results.zip

  7. Add me to the list of "happy" customers. It's been doing this for quite a while but a restart always fixed it. Starting today nothing fixes it. I'm really fed up with this crap. Might have to go back to Norton.
  8. I have exactly the same problem. A restart used to fix it now it just wont start. It also refuses to scan the PC.

  12. Hello all. I've been having some trouble with a Steam game. I DL a search engine hijacker with uPlay and the game. I have to use a system restore to get my default SE back but it corrupts Malwarebytes and I have to reinstall. Am I wasting my 3 installs on this? I only have 1 PC and this is it. If I waste an install everytime I have to reinstall MB I just wont DL the game. Any advice?
