  1. Thank you very much for your response. I contacted cleverbridge and sent them my info, and they sent me a link to link to view the all information concerning my order. Which also included my id and key. BTW, my mistake was the I confused a V which I had written down and thought it was a U!
  2. I have repeatedly tried to reactivate my product, but I keep getting the response "please enter valid id and key". Perhaps I saved them incorrectly. How can I contact Malwarebytes and have them resend me the info?
