  1. I ended up just wiping the PC & doing complete re-install. Believe i had a nasty infection of the rootkit type & i think that's generally what's recommended. This malware was able to get past malwarebytes premium & Norton 360.crazy.anyway thanks for your reply, im fine now
  2. Malwarebytes malicious website protection is disabled and I cannot turn it back on. One of your admins looked at my scan results and said "The BFE (Base Filtering Engine) is damaged. This is almost always due to an infection." Please help. I had malwarebytes premium and it let this through. I have windows 7 pro and norton 360. Norton found nothing but problem persists. Malwarebytes scan turned up nothing too. I have atached the sacn results as requested FRST.txt CheckResults.txt Addition.txt
  3. Have windows 7 pro, MWB atst version, premium. Cannot manually or automatically enable malicious website protection. Ive run the scan you suggested and have attached the results. Have also done a clean removal using your kit and re installed but no help. Have rebooted, all that good stuff. FRST.txt Addition.txt
