  1. Could you please define a "high resolution monitor"? If I used a low resolution monitor (whatever that might be)... let's say, a CRT! Would I then be able to resize windows? If I lowered the resolution on my monitor, would that magically enable the ability for me to resize windows? So, can I resize windows? Yes not to make them bigger, only to make them smaller? Is that your answer? Sorry, I'm not trying to be awkward, I'm just very confused by your vague answers.
  2. Just out of interest, why do you need to see this report? I don't require assistance with infections, just the issue with resizing windows, which have not answered as to whether or not it's supposed to be like this. Or is it simply so you can see whether or not I'm pirating your software? I bought a Lifetime membership in 2011.
  3. Oh, it's put it in \Public\Desktop Why :/ How safe is this to upload to a public forum? I'm not keen on sharing any personal data.
  4. Yes I am using a 4k, but that's not the point, the point is your ridiculous software not alllowing me to resize windows. Is that a feature or a bug? When visible this Support Tool makes my entire desktop flicker and if I try to move the window, it stutters like crazy :/ So that program took ages to run and when it finished it had saved the mbst-grab-results.zip to the desktop, but no file was created.
  5. Why is the Scan Report window so tiny? I cannot resize the window, only resize the columns. What is the point of this? I have to use those tiny scrollers to view everything, it doesn't make any sense. Also, these files that the program says I "ignored". I closed the report planning to come back to it later only to discover your software had tagged them as "ignored" and won't let me do anything about them now, which requires me to manually search and delete them. Malwarebytes didn't used to be like this, are you purposely trying to make it more awkward for people? Additionally, what's with the really vague scan window: No idea how far through it is, no percentage, no information about which location it's currently scanning giving me some idea of where it might be. Why?
  6. Or you could fanny around with the UAC settings as suggested by the Malwarebytes staff
  7. Close Malwarebytes, download and install the latest version, reboot and you're done!
  8. I've been having this problem, bit of an odd one as I have an admin account. Simple fix.... just close malwarebytes, download the latest version and install it, reboot, done
