[Pages keep refreshing every few seconds in all browsers]

Lenovo Yoga 13, Windows 8.1

 

Any page I'm on is automatically refreshing every 15 seconds or so in both Firefox and chrome. I bought the Malwarebytes premium version and it found nothing. Tried uninstall/re install, system restore, nothing works. I found through searching more people are having this problem but only in chrome, and Google is saying to try incognito mode but it happens there too. I've disabled plugins and gotten rid of all extensions and it is still happening. Please help!

Help please! I bought pro version of malwarebytes and it found nothing in the scan. Pages keep refreshing every 15 seconds or so in both Firefox and chrome.  This page refreshed 3 times while I was trying to write this. Attached files from the farber scan tool.
