  1. @AdvancedSetup I have upgraded from MB3 to MB4 beta, following your instructions, successfully and everything works as expected! @Erix Beta application updates have been enabled.
  2. Well, I decided to be patient and give it one more month and see how it goes. I have a question for you though. Is this issue present in all Surface Pro 4 machines or is it only in my computer?
  3. Nope! None! Never! It used to work as expected and I was very satisfied. I never had this particular machine infected as I'm pretty aware of dangerous products on the web. I'm very happy with winDef and I needed some extra protection, just in case.
  4. I think it's a better idea to cancel my subscription, request a refund and repurchase MB4 when it's gonna be ready for use. Don't know how long is gonna take you to fix it but in the meantime, doesn't worth to spend my subscription for something I don't have. Hope you understand
  5. Yes, I did but didn't realize that the link was about MB4... I ended up reinstalling MB4...
  6. Would be nicer of you sending me a link to the official MB3 executable.
  7. In the meantime, MB4 removal (in order to downgrade to MB3) failed. Now MB4 is still in my computer, completely useless and non removable anymore! I have no words anymore...
  8. @AdvancedSetup It has been "Installing update..." for more than 30 mins.
  9. @Porthos @AdvancedSetup The zipped file of a 361.4 MB and there's no browser to upload it... I mean, WTF!!!
  10. Hey @AdvancedSetup There must be something in your end causing this. Uploading doesn't work even though winDef has been disabled. Is there any alternative (eg. email)? Please, feel free to PM me.
  11. G'day @AdvancedSetup A .dmp has been uploaded. Let me know if it's the proper one. Thanx
  12. Hey @AdvancedSetup Today I performed a reinstallation (for a second time) by using the Support Tool. As you can see in the screenShot, nothing has changed. There's also a log file attached. mbst-clean-results.txt
  13. Hi @Firefox Thank you for taking the time to assist with this matter however, I consider your point of a trivial importance. I think there's something more serious here.
  14. Yes, please! I would like you to provide me with downgrade instructions. Thanx
  15. Can I use my existing licence key on Malwarebytes Browser Guard?
  16. @Porthos @AdvancedSetup Windows Security Center toggled to OFF however...
  17. Hey @AdvancedSetup I've noticed that MB4 takes over protection from WinDefender so, instead of having both (WinDefender and MB4) available, I have only the latter. By disabling MB4 everything works perfect. I have a lot of appreciation for both apps so please, provide me with a solution.
