Thank you here's hoping I can get some help so I can get it activated
-
I had to replace hard drive I did try to deactivate but apparently the license number is not in my account although back in August when I had this problem after updating windows I was told it would be added my ticket number is 2859515. I sent a request in on the 17th I got back a message on the 21st that my license number could not be found in my account because nobody ever attached it I have a lifetime license that I got in 2014 I believe

same problem since I updated java applet and malewarebytes. version 3.0.6.149. at least the protection is starting now on it. but when I try to use java applet to test NVidia driver here http://www.geforce.com/drivers or when I tried to check java version on java.com a box comes up that there is a problem and internet explorer crashes. I am using windows 8.1 64 bit and internet explorer 11. I thought it was java until I checked event viewer logs and found this Faulting application name: IEXPLORE.EXE, version: 11.0.9600.18124, time stamp: 0x5641278d Faulting module name: mbae.dll, version: 1.9.2.211, time stamp: 0x58d2a566 Exception code: 0xc0000409 Fault offset: 0x0002d2a5 Faulting process id: 0x116c Faulting application start time: 0x01d2c0504264d2ba Faulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE Faulting module path: C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes\Anti-Malware\mbae.dll Report Id: 83a5c0bb-2c43-11e7-82c0-902b34ecac9a Faulting package full name: Faulting package-relative application ID: I turned off malewarebytes and was able to run java applet on NVidia webpage
