  1. Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere, but I couldn't seem to find. I'm using MBAM premium home and Internet Download Manager. IDM gives the option to browse to your AV and so have any individual downloads scanned at completion. This worked fine with MBAM ver. 1, it would scan each download on completion. But with the new Ver. 2 this doesn't seem to work any longer. At least with IDM's AV browse window, I browsed to and selected MBAM's .ver. 2 .exe, like I had done with ver. 1, but now all that happens at completion of a download is the dashboard comes up, with the option to do a complete scan. There's no automatic scan of the completed new download like before. Now, of course, maybe this scanning of new downloads is entirely unnecessary. I put this in because it was recommended in IDM's User Manual, and because it was at the height of the new rootkit/ransomware scares (one of them anyway). Do you think this is necessary (my downloads are usually from well established sites, eg, Steam, Nexus, etc., although maybe that means nothing these days), and if so, how can I set it up on Ver. 2? Sorry if this is a dumb question, but just thought I would ask. Thanks - Rob
