I am having the exact same issue. I opened up a new thread before I saw this one. Multiple computers in our network are randomly having this happen. Stopping the MbaeSvc service works to get around it as well. I tried taking the option off for protection for Internet Explorer VB Scripting which actually seemed to help the frequency and number of people this was happening to but it is still happening. Waiting to hear a fix for this. It has been going on for about 2 weeks.
I am having an issue with Anti-Exploit causing Internet Explorer 11 to open up to a blank white screen. If I close out of IE, turn off anti-exploit, and open it up again it work just fine. I switch it back on and I am having the same issue again. It is happening on multiple computers in our network and it is random. Sometimes it will work and other times I have to turn AE off. We are using version 1.09.2.1384. Nothing is coming up in the logs about IE being blocked when this happens. Also, stopping MbaeSvc service will allow it to work with no problem.
