I keep getting the pop-up that says I'm not fully protected. When I click Web Protection, it says turns green and says "Starting" but eventually times out. Is there a fix?

Uninstalled it, downloaded a fresh copy and it installed i! Success!!

Couldn't find a forum for this -- sorry. Uninstalled previous as directe and installed the letest bet of the anti-ransomware program. On sating it , says, "Unable to start. Unable to connect the service." Is there a fixed one or can I go back to the previous one? Thanks.

I've run mbam-clean any number of times and run malware scans (finding no problems). I think I'd like to wipe every occurrence of MBAM off my computer -- files, folders and registry -- and start over. I was logged in as the Administartor when I ran it. And I'm pretty sure I'm NOT infected. -
I ran mbam-clean and rebooted. Got "runtime error 53; cannot find mbam" Used "search everything" to look for mbam and malwarebytes. You wouldn't believe how files there are (not counting setup files and links)! How do I really clean MBAM off my machine so I canmake a clean install? I am not infected, according to MBAM and Panda and a few other AM programs. Thanks.

Can you point out what evidence that is? I ran an MBAM scan just before I ran the diagnostics. Also, can you tell me what mbam-check doesn't run? Thanks.

Downloaded and ran mbam-check-2.1.1.1001.exe. It opens a command window and just sits there. ???

When I boot, I get two popups indicating missing files. I downloaded and ran mbam-clean-2.1.1.1001.exe, and then mbam-setup-2.03.1025. Activated it with my premium keys, rebooted and got the same error messages. What's next? Thanks.

Hyperscan hangs at 229215 objects

A full scan ran as scheduled last night and completed successfully. -
Ran v2.0.2.1012 on neighbor's Vista computer. The counter stopped at 229,215 objects and 98 items detected, but the scanning ribbon kept running. After several minutes, I attempted to cancel the scan. I clicked Cancel and then OK, but it didn't stop. What should I do when I go back to my neighbor's house? Thanks.
