HELP - Malicious Website Blocked

I get following message from Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 2.0.2.1012, and would like to know what I should do, Do I need to do anyhing? Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any suggestions :> Malicious Website Blocked IP: 122.225.117.183 Port: 0 Type: Outbound
