  1. I installed today MBAM Premium on a working Windows XP system. As it was checking the system for the first time, it listed three threats, all Trojan.FakeAlert, and continued for a while. Then I lost control of the system (I am working on it remote from home). A colleague went to have a look: there was a BSOD with IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. He rebooted the system. As the login window came up, I remotely connected, my session started opening and the desktop to be displayed, and then control disappeared. The colleague said the BSOD came up again, this time with bad pool header. So logging in is impossible. What should I do now?
