still, no clue...

let me explain: If I add the VLC Player to Play mode, open VLC and start a Malwarebytes update - Malwarebytes will never update (this is okay). BUT, if I remove VLC from the Play mode and the Play mode is still on, VLC is open in the background, and start a Malwarebytes update - Malwarebytes will never update, this is not okay. The Playmode has no items added - but for Malwarebytes, there is still "some item in it". I had to turn off Play mode and then updates startet working again, or restart Malwarebytes - closing the program does not help. (Turning Play mode off and on again solves the problem too). I still think, this is a bug. I am on 5.0.15.93

found the Problem... I did add Malwarebytes to the Play mode... But before checking for updates, I removed Malwarebytes from the Play mode and the Play mode was still on (with no item added). I had to turn off Play mode and then updates startet working again. Maybe it might be a bug, that even if I remove a Item from Play mode - it´s still on Play mode ??

if I check for updates, there is no end... Closing Malwarebytes with the "x" end´s the update search. (till now, everything worked fine and Malwarebytes responded the way I expected it)

Malwarebytes announces acquisition of Apple in "xxx" day´s. ??? If I think as a gamer, there might be a change in the ... Malwarebytes will not ... on ... anymore ...

It´s not about the Beta-Key. It´s how often Malwarebytes reminds me, that my subscription ends - every day... it´s too much.

Seats available shows wrong number - I got one subscription ... "1 out of 1" would be right If I activate my subscription, using my email and passwort, verify email with the code, the next screen states it wrong in german: it says: "subscription deactivated". If I use my Beta-Tester-Subscription, Malwarebytes reminds me every time I open Malwarebytes, for the first time on this day, that my subscription expires... In my opinion, it´s too much ...

I don´t think, this will happen ... It´s a company and they want to sell something.

same here, with Version 5.0.14.89 Dear Malwarebytes Team, don´t be like Norton. In the last 20 minutes, I got 2 pop ups allready ... it´s too much. You could add a button "Don´t remind me again" (or in 10 Days).

let me add: There is an update issue with version 5.0.14.89 too. if you check for updates, Malwarebytes updates itself, and if you check again, it updates ... (and if you check again... it updates ... and ...so on). It´s not a loop, but still, something is wrong.

I got 1 month free - I am so excited and sad. The problem on Premium light... if I watch some music videos - there are still ads.

same here... Now I bought Premium light.

My scan time is different every day, after installing version .72 with .68 it was about 30 to 40 seconds. Yesterday it was 1 Minute and 20/30 seconds, today I got 47 seconds (I just count the fastest scan - doing a scan 2 or 3 times in a row). Malwarebytes get´s stuck during Memory scan (this happend for the past years) and somewhere for a few seconds during File System scan. mbst-grab-results.zip

"check for updates" and wait till the "Beta-Words" disappear... it is still .68 after this, you have to wait, or/and check for updates again... in my case, Malwarebytes restarted 2 times ... and then I got .72

it took 2 Malwarebytes reboots and now I got .72

I just tried it myself... now I got 5.0.12.68 without Beta word...
