  1. Figured out the problem, the date was not syced right when I reinstalled my OS. After getting it to sync properly and checking for updates it had no errors.

  3. Hello, I recently upgraded my computer and had to start from scratch. I reinstalled malwarebytes and updated like normal and activated premium. However, the new dashboard constantly says that the database is out of date and when I go to update it, it says "No update availible". I've watched the database versions and it does seem to be updating but the error messages won't stop. The current version is "v2014.04.14.07" I've reinstalled malwarebytes 3 times using the recommended way posted here on the forums. Any help would be great. Here are the logs from the other post. I do not believe I have Malware, I just reinstalled Windows recently but I suppose it's possible. traceroute_malwarebytes_cdn.txt CheckResults.txt FRST.txt Addition.txt
  4. Just tried what firealive said as well and it didn't work either.
  5. I have restarted the computer and disabled the firewall and closed MSE when updating. From what I can tell it does update or maybe i have reinstalled and got the latest updates.
  6. And apperetnly out of date at the same time...it even says no update availble but i still get the error message.
  7. Weird thing is my database version is "v2014.04.14.07". I assume its yesterdays update. I don't know if theres a newer version or not.
  8. Well, I mean the very first database file for version 2. I think if it updated from that, the error might go away but I don't know if what I'm saying is possible.
  9. I have disabled the firewall when I was reinstalling and updating before. Part of me wishes there was an old version I could just update from to see if this error would go away.

  11. I have reinstalled using the MBAM Clean Removal Process three times, and I should correct what I said. It says "No updates availible" instead of "No updates found"
