My Windows XP computer will not update Java or install any antivirus program. I thought I cleaned the AMMYY malware after reviewing what other folks did, but something is still amiss. I could really use some help. What should I do?

I've been unable to recover from the AMMYY scam. Cannot install any antivirus program. Cannot install/update Java. Windows Firewall was missing, but since rebuilt. Window XP Home edition SP3. Already ran Malwarebytes, HitmanPro, Spybot, HiJackThis, JRT, Emsisoft, ComboFix. I could really use some help. Thanks.
