  1. Screensaverplanet.com is being blocked due to trojan, but in the blocking address of the url no trojan is identified. When I disable both Malwarebytes and the Malwarebytes Browser guard the website loads and is secure although the problem appears to be in the outbound port 445 which I thought was used to check for secure settings but my other virus software Webroot does not detect any trojans or other problems. This is the text file i captured from Malwarebytes on my machine: Malwarebytes www.malwarebytes.com -Log Details- Protection Event Date: 7/11/20 Protection Event Time: 12:41 PM Log File: 76f969f4-c3ae-11ea-91e5-708bcd57ad3e.json -Software Information- Version: 4.1.2.73 Components Version: 1.0.979 Update Package Version: 1.0.26707 License: Premium -System Information- OS: Windows 10 (Build 18362.900) CPU: x64 File System: NTFS User: System -Blocked Website Details- Malicious Website: 1 , C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe, Blocked, -1, -1, 0.0.0 -Website Data- Category: Trojan Domain: www.screensaversplanet.com IP Address: 107.191.107.100 Port: 443 Type: Outbound File: C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe (end)
  2. To everyone who responded, my thanks. The problem recently resolved itself with a new release of the product. Once updated to this version, the recurring issue of restarting has ceased. Again my thanks for all of your input.
  3. To all who have responded, my thanks. I have turned off fast startup and followed suggestions indicated. I have checked for updates, and apparently the version I have 4.1.0.56 with component package version 1.0.931 is the latest. However, the problem still exists.
  4. As a note to the previous entry I did see the popup to restart the computer again.
  5. I have run the Malwarebytes Support Tool and the zip file is attached below. mbst-grab-results.zip
  6. Starting yesterday Malwarebytes has consistently requested restart after update. I did restart the computer and all seemed to be well, but now the software periodically is requesting restart again. I am currently using Malwayrebytes version: 4.1.0.56, Update package version: 1.0.25965, Component package version 1.0.931. Please advise.
  7. I am running MBAE version 1.08.1.1045 (Premium) on a clean install of Windows 10. I noted that both cmd.exe and elevated cmd.exe as well as Microsoft Edge were failing to run. I followed the informaiton given in the solved forum information concerning 0xC0000135 errors elsewhere in this forum to no avail, but have found that if I 'stop' MBAE then these items work. If I reengage MBAE they fail. I'm sure this is an error or the software may be corrupt. I have unisntalled and reinstalled it twice now. And have included the zip of the files requested in the sticky. Hopefully someone can help me resolve this issue. Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit.zip FRST.zip
