Fixit log herewith.

The three items you require are attached. The offending warning appeared throughout this morning, but I've needed to go out, and on return they have not appeared so far.
mwb scan report.txt AdwCleaner[S00].txt AdwCleaner_Debug.log AdwCleaner[C00].txt FRST.txt Addition.txt

Although the extension is now on Chrome and active the devil is there again. Suggestions?

Thanks all. At least I'm sure there's no tedious cleaning to do. I'll try Browser Guard.

What has appeared today is in attachment. I refers mostly to the expiry of Norton, which has never featured on my system. Then comes the warning of 5 viruses, (see pic 2), but then there's a Malwarebytes warning on proceeding further. It all looks a bit odd. I canot work out how to do a manual scan with Windows Defender either.
So does this look genuine or a hoax?
Installed: Windows Defender, Malwarebytes Premium (free), Bitdefender (free), Windows 10 Home 64bit

I received this
Hi, dear user of ******.******.com We have installed one RAT software into you device For this moment your email account is hacked too. Changed your password? You're doing great! But my software recognizes every such action. I'm updating passwords! I'm always one step ahead.... So... I have downloaded all confidential information from your system and I got some more evidence. The most interesting moment that I have discovered are videos records where you masturbating. I posted EternalBlue Exploit modification on porn site, and then you installed my malicious code (trojan) on your operation system. When you clicked the button Play on porn video, at that moment my trojan was downloaded to your device. After installation, your front camera shoots video every time you masturbate, in addition, the software is synchronized with the video you choose. For the moment, the software has harvrested all your contact information from social networks and email addresses. If you need to erase all of your collected data and video with your enjoy, send me $600(usd) in BTC (crypto currency). This is my Bitcoin wallet: 15Z4Y1q5QufvFPvRBKhwVhQyFTLwEQ5f4J You have 48 hours after reading this letter. After your transaction I will erase all your data. Otherwise, I will send video with your pranks to all your colleagues, friends and relatives!!! P.S. I'm asking you - not to answer this letter because the sender's address is fake, just to keep me incognito. And henceforth be more careful! Please visit only secure sites! Bye,Bye
Certain statements within cause me to doubt its genuineness.
I have Malwarebytes Premium ( free), and a scan is clear. Bitdefender free is my virus checker.
Your advice please!

The quarantine list reappeared, so I uninstalled Mbytes and cleaned any remaining debris vigorously, then reinstalled version with new download. At next daily scan the items surfaced again. I removed all extensions. Two daily scans since have reported clean.
I think the problem is solved.

I am still floundering, but fixlog.txt is attached. None to sure I've got it right, and may have to abandon and perhaps just put up with problem.
-
Despite having 3.7.1 I followed the instructions and unsynched Chrome. The items still persist.

I'm confused. What attachment do you refer to? I cannot find fixlog.txt anywhere. Do you mean fixlist.txt, as per link at bottom of page?

I have 32 items ( see att) that appear daily. I can't seem to delete them permanently, I must be doing something wrong, but with age cannot recall how I should proceed. Can someone, please help or remind me. The entries nearly all relate to PUPs, but how do I find the extension that is causing the problem and remove that to solve matter?
I am using Premium (free) 3.7.1

Thank you.

@exile360 That's a good workaround. Thank you. I have an internet monitoring app installed, which was created by just a person. There one can select to delete items more than x days old automatically.
Mbytes is a valued application, but to me it's strange that something similar is not included. As a Brit the option to choose the date format would be welcome too.

I don't know how I missed that top box. Thanks for pointing it our
-
But should wish to retain those, say for the last 10 days, what then?
-
Thank you! However when I attempt to delete the JSON files in C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\MBAMService\ScanResults (in bulk), which I have usually achieved by selecting 'continue elsewhere, the files do not delete.
Have I really go to do them one by one. or am I missingsomething??

I am a long term user of Premium, and have noticed the list in reports is very long. I am also unable to find the reports' location in Windows 10 Home.
can you please advice me of this and if I may indeed cull items from the lists?

As requested: see pdf att'd.
The problem seems to have receded, when I returned to desk after lunch.
What appears on screen-genuine or hoax?
