  2. Are you recommending to remove existing MBAM and reinstall it once again to check on its condition? Thanks for the advice and assistance!
  3. There is no Runtime Error for my MBAM and updates are always possible. Only occasionally it shows red dot on notification icon showing "Your System is not Fully Protected". After I uncheck Self-Protection on Advanced Settings and exit the program from Real-time protection and run MBAM again, it shows properly with "Your System is Fully Protected" indication. Do I get it right with your another linked method of MBAM? Thanks!

I search every files under Drive C and cannot find Adguard Service except under following location at: C:\Documents & Settings\ david\ Application Data\ Insoft LLC\ Adguard Web Filter\ 5.9.1081.5529. But there is nothing inside. What I am going to do? Do I just run MBAM as recommended? Thanks for the advice!

  8. I am extremely sorry for my late reply. Sincerely hope you can help me to fix and correct my system for the time being as my another computer was just facing with Blue Screen days before. After rebooting the system, Hard Disk cannot be recognised and have to deliver to Repair Shop for Data Recovery as machine problem happened with slower speed withoout paying any attention to it. Don't know what exactly is the actual problem and guess may be the life of Hard Disk ends on expiry. Meanwhil can you advise any software which can possibly help to retrieve back those data information from Hard Disk? Many thanks!

  10. This morning my MBAM icon shows with read dot indicating "Your system is not fully protected" is on. Problem comes back again!
  11. All has been performed as advised and luckily all files, folders etc. can be removed. I follow your advice and stop using Java from now on. I have created new System Restore Point but haven't make a log of it as don't know how to proceed with. Can I do it again right now. Many thanks for the assistance and informations provided as sources of prevention of future malware infection.
  12. The computer is running properly and smoothly as well as MBAM with real-time protection on all the times on the first day after clearing of temporary files. I will keep eye on the condition of it for following 2 days and advise you the result. There is a folder of qoobox found at Drive C. Is it safe to remove it direct and would it affect the pc system by erasing this file or any precaution to be made prior removing it? Thanks for the advice !
