  1. thanks tetonbob, "mbam-clean.exe" has fixed the problem, it must have been a older version even that i uninstalled the older version it must have effected it some how.
  2. after skipping the update, i got no error but i left the scan run for an hour but the scan stayed on 0 and scanned notting as if it was stuck, i will run that diagnostic tool now and upload.
  3. no i have no drive encrypted or no raid setups, when you click scan it checks for a update before the scan and after the update it gets the problem but if i skip the update i get no error?
  4. i ran command on cmd 'sc query mbamswissarmy' [sC] EnumQueryServicesStatus:OpenService FAILED 1060: The specified service does not exist as an installed service.

  6. I am on trial. i disabled 'scan for rootkits' and launched MBAM again and there is no error message.
  7. hello, when i start up the program it happens and when doing a scan. scan for rootkits is enabled. i am using a admin account i had 1.75 installed before and other versions of 2.0 but uninstalled all before the new update and it also happened with older versions of 2.0 self protection is not enabled
  8. I use kaspersky internet security 2014 and turned it off and all and still have the problem, both my pcs have the problem and both have 8.1 so much have something to do with that.
  9. hello, i have been using Malwarebytes Aint-malware 2.0 on 2 of my PCs and on both i get "Error: Malwarebytes was unable to load the Anti-Rootkit Driver. Error codeL 20025? I am running windows 8.1 does that have something to do with this? thanks
