  1. My ram is still running high & my CPU is running at 50% a lot of the time, when I open task manager & Process Explorer, it goes down to 7% and stays low. It's like there is something there hiding & trying not to reveal itself. Fixlog..txt
  2. Alright I uninstalled all the IObit stuff. Addition.txt FRST.txt Shortcut.txt
  3. And i understand that ASC is using alot but what can I do to resolve that?
  4. I Still don't understand what could be causing it. Whether it may be a program or a malicious file hidden somewhere deep in the partition. I need to figure out what it is and get it out. There's one file that you suggested that i remove, I was unable to locate it, I believe it was Secure Speed Dial. Maybe we've found something there? I've tried just about everything except taking it into one of the "big name" places and paying 100's of dollars to get it looked at. Is there anyway you could access it and take a look or run a scan to see what you can find. And maybe help me resolve this. I've ran everything in safe mode, and its still using major CPU. When really it shouldn't be. Only boot files and major drivers such as Network and Disk drivers should be running. What else could be pulling so much?
  5. Okay, I have Process Explorer on my computer and attempted to go through the directions the website brought to me. I'm only getting really frustrated now..
  6. Alright, I ran it. CPU is still running high & so is my ram memory. ComboFix.txt
  7. Kaspersky has found nothing & problem is still here. Is there any chance we could do TeamViewer or something of the sort for remote assistance to make this process move faster? I provided a screenshot of Kaspersky as well.
  8. Alright, these are my results from the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool. Addition.txt FRST.txt Shortcut.txt
  9. Alright, my CPU is now running at 100% since the restart of the adware thing. My problem still persists =( # AdwCleaner v3.021 - Report created 12/03/2014 at 13:40:09# Updated 10/03/2014 by Xplode# Operating System : Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1 (64 bits)# Username : Dylan - DYLAN-PC# Running from : C:\Users\Dylan\Downloads\Virus stuff\AdwCleaner (1).exe# Option : Clean ***** [ Services ] ***** ***** [ Files / Folders ] ***** File Deleted : C:\Windows\Tasks\Driver Booster Update.jobFile Deleted : C:\Windows\System32\Tasks\Driver Booster Update ***** [ Shortcuts ] ***** ***** [ Registry ] ***** Key Deleted : HKCU\Software\caphyonKey Deleted : HKCU\Software\Conduit ***** [ Browsers ] ***** -\\ Internet Explorer v0.0.0.0 -\\ Google Chrome v33.0.1750.146 [ File : C:\Users\Dylan\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\preferences ] ************************* AdwCleaner[R0].txt - [1041 octets] - [12/03/2014 13:35:45]AdwCleaner[s0].txt - [890 octets] - [12/03/2014 13:40:09] ########## EOF - C:\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner[s0].txt - [949 octets] ##########
  10. I went through add/remove programs and I couldn't find the "Secure Speed Dial" you were talking about. I'm about to use AdwCleaner in a bit. Should I continue or find a solution to removing Secure Speed Dial first?
  11. Okay, here are the files you have requested. I accidentally posted the Malwarebytes previously. DDS & Attach.zip Mbam-log-2014-03-12 (12-37-48).txt RKreport0_S_03122014_123329.txt

  13. Okay, thank you for the help. I need more assistance. I don't think I missed anything you told me to do.. I couldn't find anywhere to upload the files so should I just copy & paste them here?
