Hello, I'm the desktop support guy for a company and I am having trouble removing an infection on one of our employee's laptops. We use Symantec Endpoint Protection on all the computers and we get notifications of possible risk events. The one I am working on is simply called "Hacktool". So far, I've run malwarebytes, 3 times and spybot, 2 times, but it still appears to be infected. If anyone could offer some assistance on this, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
