  1. Hi, please help. If this isn't the correct department, please move this thread to the correct department. The scan of 18th February 2014 Malwarebytes quarantines a file WMM2EXT.dll which belongs to Windows MovieMaker Portable (PWMM). Diagnose Malware.Packer.Gen. What does that mean? Does Movie Maker run fully functioning without that dll? And why is it on some website dating from 26th January 2014 whitelisted as no threat, but only a few weeks later suddenly detected by Malwarebytes as dangerous? There are also a few other programme components that have been thrown out today. Here is the list of them: C:\Programme\Portables\IZArc2Go\OpenCandy\OCSetupHlp.dll (PUP.Optional.OpenCandy) -> Erfolgreich gelöscht und in Quarantäne gestellt. C:\Programme\Portables\VDownloader\vdownloader_setup\{app}\eBay_shortcuts_1029.exe (Adware.ADON) -> Erfolgreich gelöscht und in Quarantäne gestellt. C:\Programme\Portables\PWMM\Movie Maker\WMM2EXT.dll (Malware.Packer.Gen) -> Erfolgreich gelöscht und in Quarantäne gestellt. C:\Programme\Portables\iCall Portable\iCall 4.0.0.22 Portable\iCall\400000d00002i\TonAuDi.exe (Backdoor.Bot) -> Erfolgreich gelöscht und in Quarantäne gestellt. C:\Programme\Portables\iCall Portable\iCall 4.0.0.22 Portable\iCall\4000003e100002i\kernel.exe (Backdoor.Bot) -> Erfolgreich gelöscht und in Quarantäne gestellt. C:\Programme\Portables\iCall Portable\iCall 4.0.0.22 Portable\iCall\4000001b00002i\sc_watch.exe (Backdoor.Bot) -> Erfolgreich gelöscht und in Quarantäne gestellt. C:\Programme\Portables\iCall Portable\iCall 4.0.0.22 Portable\iCall\400000c400002i\PROFIL~1.EXE (Backdoor.Bot) -> Erfolgreich gelöscht und in Quarantäne gestellt. C:\Programme\Conduit\Community Alerts\Alert0.dll (PUP.Optional.Conduit) -> Erfolgreich gelöscht und in Quarantäne gestellt. I suppose that Open Candy and the Ebay Shortcuts in IZArc and VDownloader are not essential for the programmes to work. But what about all these files from iCall? And I don't know at all what the programme "Conduit" is.
