I have to press & hold the power button in order to get the laptop functioning again. I would like to get rid of these 17-20 threats it

  13. Hello all...I have uninstalled Start Savin in Windows Control Panel but it keeps popping up every time I search in Google and getting worse! I have uninstalled and re-downloaded Google Chrome. MB isn't catching it, AVG isn't catching it, CCleaner isn't catching it. Can't remove it from Google>Tools>Extensions because it is managed and can not be removed. I have downloaded both dds.scr & dds.com and neither one will work (both pop an error message "not meant to run in compatability mode, the program will now close") I disabled AVG, too before I tried to run it. Please help!
