I just asked them (to be sure) to precise where to contact them ! Please tell me if you contacted them at the right address, Thanks a lot.

If I understand well, my site is clean (www.concertogrosso.fr) but some other sites on the same server 88.190.253.247 are housing malicious contents, so you blocked the access to all the server, including some clean sites. Is it right? If so, is there any possibility from your side to fix this problem? The host will tell, that the webmasters of infected sites should clean them up... so it can take long time, in case someone don't check his site ! And meanwhile, it makes clean sites unaccessible to all Malwarebytes users... what is very bad for me at this time ! Waiting for reply, Thanks.
  5. I transfer your message to the host immediately... I don't know what to do more ! I downloaded all the files from my site to my computer, and checked them... they were all clean ! I don't understand... I have never seen this situation before. (I am not a professional webmaster!). Should I try to delete everything, and resend it again? Or this won't do anything?   7. Thank you, I will be waiting for the news. In case, I deleted all the files on the server, and reloaded all the site (freshly scanned, and it's clean)... at this time, it did not do anything, access is always blocked.
  8. Hello, since the last update of Malwarebytes (today), I can not connect anymore to the site: www.concertogrosso.fr (I own this domain, and am the webmaster). Thanks for your help to solve the problem. Antoine
