Where can I access the complete log. The control panel only shows me the unremoved files and they won't copy. Thanks for your response.

After scan PUPS detected files are listed, I click on removal and it seems that some files are removed but some are not. An error message shows the program is not responding. I tried it a number of times with the same results.
