  1. I'm a shared hosting reseller, I'm in touch with support from my provider semi-regularly. Have you tried contacting the people that mange that IP ? If it's domains hosted on the same server that they are selling I can pass a message along if you like? As a client of theirs I've got an interest in getting this resovled.
