  2. Cleverbridge says they have no record of me . They said there was one other company that accepts payment for Malwarebytes . Digital River . Neither say they have me as purchasing Malwarebytes . Seems to me one of them has to . How can I contact Malwarebytes customer service or does it even exist ? This is nuts .
  3. I had to reformat my drive . Cannot locate my email with my purchase . the two companies that take orders BOTH claim they do not have an order from me . This is impossible . Trying to screw a customer so it seems . How can I ask the Malwarebytes group to look up my license ? There should be a much easier way to retain a lost license . Thank you

  5. Thanks . Last time I checked the disk , it was fine and there are no infections on this system for sure .
  6. I have run scans at different times and a full scan of 770,000 files takes 6 hours plus ! My computer is a Windows 7 64 bit with plenty of speed and power . I cannot understand why it takes so long . This is the only scanner that gives such long scan times . Any help available here? Do not want to waste anyone's time . Thanks
