  1. It's not showing expired now. I didn't get a chance to even check it yesterday, but it's working this morning.
  2. I got an email on 9/27 saying that my payment for my automatic renewal had failed. I had recently received a new card from the credit card company, and I forgot to change the details in my malwarebytes account. I signed into my account, changed the details, and resubmitted it. The charge has appeared on my card as paid, and I have the confirmation email. My program still says that my license has expired. I tried to uninstall it and re-install it. That didn't work either. I've submitted a case, but haven't gotten a response yet. They may be extremely busy. Is there something else that I'm supposed to do to make this work? I don't remember having this problem last year. Thanks.
  3. Thank you. My laptop is working like it's supposed to again!

  4. I shutdown and reopened MBAM a couple times, and it finally straightened out. I ran another scan with it after that, and it didn't find anything.
  5. The log is attached. Now, I have another problem. My MBAM is saying Malicious Website Protection disabled, Malware Protection enabled. I have a green box that says fix now. When I click it, it does nothing. I have right clicked the icon in the tray and checked the Malicious Website Protection, but it still doesn't work. checkup.txt
  6. For some reason, I can't copy and paste into my reply so I have attached the requested logs. Fixlog.txt AdwCleanerS0.txt JRT.txt
  7. I have the premium version of MBAM. When it ran the scheduled complete scan on Sunday, it found 80+ threats most of which were Trojans. I quarantined them, and ran it several more times. It hasn't found anything else. When I start my computer, it flashes up these black boxes like something is trying to run in DOS. They only stay up for a second or two. Sometimes, one box will flash up, and Windows will open right up. Other times, it will sit there and flash those boxes over and over for a minute, sometimes two, before coming up. I can't copy and paste the logs for some reason so I'm attaching the files to this post. FRST.txt Addition.txt
  8. I have the premium version of MBAM. I have it to automatically start when the computer starts, and I have it to run a scheduled scan every Sunday. This time it found 71 items mostly Trojans. I figured that having the premium version and having it open all the time would stop most of those from getting through. I'm not fussing. I'm just confused.
  9. After posting my original reply, I saw a posting in the Malwarebytes News section of this forum that was talking about an update that was released around the end of May. I used the link in that post to manually get the latest update, and my program seems to be working fine now. I apologize for not doing this first. Thank you.
  10. I'm having the same issues. I had the program set to automatically start with Windows. I just noticed that it isn't. I have no clue how long it's been that way. Next to Database Version it says Unable to Access Database Server. When I click update now, it doesn't do anything. As I've been typing this reply, I had MBAM open. I referred to the screen, typed something in this reply, and tried to go back to MBAM again, but it had closed, and I had to manually start it again. It also says that real-time protection is turned off. I have the premium version, and I just activated it for another year on 5/17/14.
