  1. This solution is a little bit too complex for a non informatics educated guy. I have check and it seems I have a trojan virus named Bad Image. The error message that continues to exist is: RegistryCleaner.exe - Bad Image C:\Windows\System32\ieframe.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error... This error is preventing me to enter in some programs such as malwarebytes. Can you instruct me how to fix it? Or send me any file I can run in order to fix it? When I bought earlier this year the Malwarebytes I tought it would prevent me of having this type of problems. Thanks in Advance, Best Regards, Paulo Ventura
  2. I have installed in my computer the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.75.0.1300. My operating system is Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit. I think I have in my computer some sort of virus or spyware that is blocking the access to several programs such as Malwarebytes. The error that appears when I try to open it is: Run-time error '339': Component 'ieframe.dll' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid Can you give me a help and tell me how I can solve this problem? Thanks in Advance, Best Regards
